  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout.

When will my order ship? Because delicate luxury items require precision, every piece of jewelry goes through a rigorous final microscopic and luster quality control check within 1-2 business days before being carefully boxed. You will receive an automated email tracking link the second your package departs our vault.

Do you ship safely to P.O. Boxes? Yes! We proudly ship via secure, trackable mail to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

Will Grace Gild jewelry turn my skin green or cause allergies? Absolutely not, 100%. Your skin's safety is our top priority. All our products are entirely nickel-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free. We only use certified hypoallergenic bases like sterling silver and high-grade titanium, making them completely safe for even the most sensitive ears and skin.

Can I wear my jewelry in the shower or during workouts? While our signature collections are crafted with premium water-resistant and tarnish-free plating, we highly recommend removing your jewelry before swimming in chlorine or saltwater, and avoiding direct contact with harsh perfumes and body lotions. This ensures your piece retains its brilliant mirror-like shine for years to come.

RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS

What is your return policy? We want you to be completely enchanted by your Grace Gild pieces. If an item isn’t the perfect match for your style journey, we happily accept returns of unworn, unblemished items in their original, undamaged gift box and packaging within 30 days of delivery. (Note: For strict hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive defective.)

What if my item arrives damaged? We pack our delicate treasures securely in hard-shell gift boxes. However, if transit was rough and your piece arrives damaged or with a loose stone, please contact us at info@gracegild.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours, and we will rush a brand-new replacement to you immediately at zero extra cost.
